"More fun stuff here. Similar to yesterday’s exploration, I find having the load when I do these exercises very helpful. Somehow it helps my body to get into better alignment, even if just for a bit. Having said that, when I was running on the treadmill today, I felt good ... my body wasn’t tired after I finished and I felt like I could have run longer (if not for the fact that I find the treadmill mind numbing). So very happy about this!"
